At around 9am on November 17, after returning home from working far away, Nguyen Dinh Tuc and a group of friends organized a drinking party and sang songs to celebrate the great unity day.

While drinking, Tuc heard a "clattering" sound on the roof and thought someone was throwing rocks, so Tuc angrily pulled down banners, slogans, and national flags, crumpled them up, and set them on fire.

Upon receiving the report from the Ich Hau commune authorities, Loc Ha district police quickly began an investigation.

At the investigation agency, Tuc admitted his crime.

Currently, Loc Ha District Police are completing the case file to prosecute the subject before the law.
