Music night raised nearly 40 million VND to support the poor

(Baonghean.vn) - On the night of December 3, the "Do Luong - Sharing Love" Volunteer Group coordinated with the Hong Son Commune Youth Union (Do Luong) to organize a charity music night to raise funds and help families in difficult circumstances in the area.

The concert took place in rainy and cold weather, but the people of Hong Son commune and neighboring areas still came in large numbers. In a warm, friendly and sharing atmosphere, the audience enjoyed many "homegrown" performances by amateur singers from volunteer groups and soldiers of Division 324.

The concert received support from many groups and individuals in Do Luong district, and Hong Son people far from home. At the end of the concert, the organizers raised 39.5 million VND. This amount was given to 5 families in difficult circumstances in the commune right on stage.

During the music night, the volunteer group "Do Luong - sharing love" also gave away 50 warm coats to women and poor students in the commune.

It is known that this is the 5th charity music night organized by this charity group in Do Luong and has raised hundreds of millions of dong to give to families in difficult circumstances in the district.
