Binh Son 2 village, Ta Ca commune, Ky Son district (Nghe An) is quite isolated and somewhat deserted, although as the crow flies, this Kho Mu village is only over 1km from the district center, Muong Xen town. The people are mainly self-sufficient and usually go to bed early.
But on movie nights, everyone eagerly awaited the event that had not been held in the village for a long time.

After nearly half an hour of driving in the dark, the film crew finally arrived at Binh Son 2 village. In an empty space in front of the village cultural house, the young and old, men and women had gathered in large numbers. After a short while of setting up the machines and equipment, the film “Border” produced by the Cinema Department, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism was screened. The film is about human trafficking. The 120-minute film is set in a Mong village in the northern mountains - where human trafficking has spread.
Human trafficking has also become a burning issue in the mountainous region of Nghe An with hundreds of victims of criminals. And anti-human trafficking is the propaganda content of the film screening.

Mr. Phan Duy Phu, who has been a member of Nghe An province's mobile film team for 11 years, is from Yen Thanh district and has lived in Dong Vinh ward (Vinh city) since 2005. "But my life is more in the mountains than in the city." - Mr. Phu shared.
The Mobile Film Team under the Department of Culture and Sports is divided into 3 groups. One group serves the delta areas, one group is in charge of the Northwest region. The remaining group, of which Mr. Phu is a member, serves the most difficult areas of the province, the Southwest districts. According to the plan, each year Mr. Phu's group serves 124 screenings in 5 districts, Thanh Chuong, Anh Son, Con Cuong, Tuong Duong and Ky Son; each district has more than 20 screenings per year.

During the trip to serve the movie screening at Binh Son 2 village, Mr. Phu not only drove but also took care of the movie screening. “Usually, each group has 1 driver, 1 technician and a group leader. But this time the technician was busy studying, the driver was busy with housework, so I had to do all the work for the whole group,” Mr. Phu added.
There are not many such “solo” trips, but the fact that they always have to go to remote areas makes many people discouraged. “You have to love the job to stick with it for more than 10 years,” said Mr. Phu, adding that it is the eager anticipation of people in remote villages like Binh Son 2 that motivates him to stick with the mobile film projection profession.

Mr. Cut Van Suat - Head of Binh Son 2 village said: Most of the villagers already have televisions, but when they heard that the film team was coming, they were still very excited. Through the film screening, many people will know the tricks of human traffickers so they won't be deceived or sold.
After the movie night in Ta Ca commune, Phan Duy Phu went to another area of the Ky Son highlands. Each trip usually lasts half a month. The job always requires being attached to the highland villages, which makes it difficult for many people to stay long-term in the mobile cinema profession. "The enthusiasm of the villagers makes me always want to come to them." - the man who has been attached to the mobile cinema profession for 11 years now shared.
