Before, during and after the 4th session of the 17th Provincial People's Council, term 2016 - 2021, through the Provincial People's Council's synthesis channel, there were 186 opinions and recommendations from voters and people in the province sent to all levels and sectors for resolution.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee and departments and branches have received, studied and resolved 164 opinions and 22 opinions have not been resolved.

During the review, the Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Council Committees highly appreciated the responsibility and basically agreed with the results of the resolution and responses of the Provincial People's Committee and the sectors. However, out of 164 opinions resolved, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council did not agree with the responses of 22 opinions and recommendations of voters.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan, Deputy Head of the Culture - Social Committee, Provincial People's Council, cited the petition of voters of Nam Dan and Hung Nguyen districts related to the investment in renovating the Hoanh Son communal house relic and Hoang Nghia Son temple relic, the Provincial People's Committee has not yet had any specific results to resolve.

Or in resolving petitions related to vocational training quality, job creation, and illegal labor residency in other countries, the Provincial People's Committee has yet to come up with specific solutions.

The opinion of voters in Quynh Luu district reflects the situation where doctors prescribe patients to buy medicine at outside drug stores, making people feel insecure about the quality and not ensuring timely treatment, but the response of the Provincial People's Committee has not clarified whether or not the issue raised by voters exists.

Kết luận nội dung này, Chủ tịch HĐND tỉnh Nguyễn Xuân Sơn yêu cầu UBND tỉnh và các ngành tiếp tục đầy đủ ý kiến của Thường trực và các Ban của HĐND tỉnh ở từng kiến nghị của cử tri chưa giải quyết thỏa đáng để tiếp tục giải quyết, trả lời thấu đáo.

Đồng chí Nguyễn Xuân Sơn cũng nhấn mạnh: Việc giải quyết tốt các ý kiến, kiến nghị của cử tri cần thực hiện nghiêm túc, góp phần khắc phục những khó khăn, vướng mắc, bất cập trong quá trình chỉ đạo, điều hành cũng như quản lý Nhà nước trên nhiều lĩnh vực; tạo niềm tin của cử tri đối với chính quyền các cấp.

Vì vậy, các cấp, các ngành cần tiếp tục chỉ đạo để giải quyết, trả lời thấu đáp các ý kiến, kiến nghị của cử tri chưa được giải quyết và các ý kiến đã được giải quyết nhưng chưa thỏa đáng.

Cũng trong chiều nay, Thường trực HĐND tỉnh tiến hành thẩm tra báo cáo kết quả thực hiện các kiến nghị, đề xuất sau giám sát từ đầu nhiệm kỳ 2016 - 2021 đến nay của Thường trực và các Ban của HĐND tỉnh.

Trên cơ sở ý kiến tham gia của các đồng chí Thường trực HĐND tỉnh và lãnh đạo các Ban HĐND tỉnh, đồng chí Nguyễn Xuân Sơn nêu một số băn khoăn về việc tiếp thu, trả lời một số kiến nghị chưa rõ, chưa sát và đúng trọng tâm của vấn đề; một số ý kiến trả lời chưa đầy đủ, số liệu chưa đúng; một số ý kiến tiếp thu, trả lời còn thiếu trách nhiệm.

Chủ tịch HĐND tỉnh yêu cầu UBND tỉnh và các ngành cần nghiêm túc hơn trong việc tiếp thu, giải quyết các kiến nghị của Thường trực và các Ban HĐND tỉnh thông qua giám sát đã chỉ ra, từ đó tháo gỡ những khó khăn, bất cập đang đặt ra trong thực tiễn, thúc đẩy sự phát triển chung của tỉnh.
