Congratulating the Pastoral Council of Phi Loc Parish, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union and Vice President of the Provincial Youth Federation, Chu Duc Thai, shared information about support programs from the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Youth Federation for youth members, such as: supporting young people in borrowing capital for economic development, building volleyball courts, etc.

Mr. Nguyen Thuy Sy, representing the Pastoral Council of Phi Loc Parish, expressed gratitude for the attention from the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union and hoped that the Youth Union would create more healthy recreational activities for the young generation of the parish. He also stated that the Parish Youth Union would create all conditions for its members and young people to actively participate in the Youth Union's activities.

The delegation also visited the head and deputy head of the youth committee of Phi Loc parish and expressed their hope that in the future, using their prestige, the heads and deputy heads would encourage parishioners and young people to actively participate in and effectively implement the emulation movements launched by the local authorities.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Federation of Youth Associations also coordinated with the Dien Chau District Federation of Youth Associations to provide free medical examinations and medicine to the people of Phi Loc parish.

Later that same day, the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Federation of Youth Associations visited and congratulated the branch secretaries who are Catholic in Dien Quang commune.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Chu Duc Thai encouraged and motivated Youth Union officials to continue to leverage their youthful energy and contribute to building the youth union movement at the grassroots level.

On this occasion, the Provincial Youth Union, in coordination with the Dien Chau District Youth Union, organized a sports exchange with the youth of Phi Loc parish and presented 20 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND, to disadvantaged students of the parish.

In Dien Quang commune, Dien Chau district, 37% of the population are Catholic, with two hamlets being exclusively Catholic.
