The Faith Group supports a mother and her three children who are forced to live in a cowshed.
(Baonghean.vn) - On December 31st, to celebrate the New Year 2018, the Niềm Tin (Faith) Volunteer Group visited and presented gifts to two disadvantaged families in Thanh Lam commune, Thanh Chuong district.
The two families the group visited were the family of Ms. Phan Thi Thang in Trieu Long 2 hamlet and the family of Ms. Tran Thi Tu in Tan My hamlet, Thanh Lam commune. These are two families in extremely difficult circumstances.

Ms. Phan Thi Thang has two young children who are just starting elementary school. Her husband passed away from a serious illness two years ago, but she and her two children have been abandoned by her husband's family, leaving them with nowhere to go and forcing them to return to her parents' home.
Thang's maternal family was also poor and had no place for her and her children to stay, so she and her children had to live right in the cowshed. Moreover, she had been frequently ill for several years, making their family situation extremely dire.
Moved by her plight, the group provided a gift worth 30 million VND so that the mother and her children could build a new house, the children would have a place to study, and their lives would be less difficult.
Also in Thanh Lam commune, the plight of Ms. Tran Thi Tu from Tan My hamlet, a single-parent family, received support from the group. Ms. Tran Thi Tu divorced after one year of marriage, and having no one to rely on, she took her one-year-old child and returned to her mother's house to live.
My child has been sickly since birth; on top of that, she's been in accidents and broken her leg twice, and all the savings I've accumulated have gone to the hospital for her.
