Traffic police lieutenant shot and killed someone to resolve a conflict for his girlfriend

According to Dong Nai Police, Phuoc had a close relationship with a woman in Tan Phong Ward, Bien Hoa City. Her 19-year-old daughter had feelings for Hai, but her family prevented it because they thought the young man had a wife and children. However, Hai still regularly contacted and had sex with the girl.
On the afternoon of January 6, over the phone, the girl's mother and Hai had a heated argument. Hearing the friend recount the incident of her daughter being emotionally seduced, the traffic police lieutenantImmediately, he took his gun and rode his motorbike to the motel in Trung Dung ward (Bien Hoa city) to find Mr. Hai to "ask questions".
Parking atOutside the alley, Phuoc rushed into the rented room. Seeing the young man lying with his friend, he immediately asked, "Are you Hai?"After arguing, the traffic police lieutenant pulled out a pistol.hit Mr. Hai in the head, causing the gun to "misfire". The bullet hit the victim in the head, causing him to die later.
Six hours after committing the crime, Phuoc turned himself in that night and confessed to his crime.Investigators are clarifying the origin of the gun the suspect used to commit the crime.
Authorities said that before working at the Registration Team, Dong Nai Traffic Police Department, Lieutenant Phuoc was the personal driver for the provincial police leader (now retired).
