Budget expenditure in 2017 through Nghe An State Treasury is over 30,500 billion VND
(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An State Treasury has implemented many active solutions to promote investment capital disbursement, promptly meet the spending needs of budget-using units, while still ensuring strict management of state budget expenditures in accordance with regulations.
On the afternoon of January 8, Nghe An State Treasury (KBNN) held a conference to summarize the work in 2017 and deploy tasks in 2018. Attending the conference were members of the Provincial Party Committee: Le Xuan Dai - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies.

In 2017, Nghe An State Treasury closely followed the state budget revenue estimates, proactively coordinated closely with the Tax, Customs and Commercial Banks in the area to resolutely and effectively implement solutions and measures in the collection organization, creating favorable conditions for taxpayers to quickly concentrate, fully, promptly and accurately account for revenues for all budget levels.
As a result, the total state budget revenue in the area reached 12,465 billion VND, equal to 107.55% of the plan. Of which: Domestic revenue reached 10,929 billion VND; Import-export tax revenue reached 1,536 billion VND.

In 2017, Nghe An State Treasury implemented many positive solutions to contribute to promoting investment capital disbursement, promptly meeting the spending needs of budget-using units, while still ensuring strict management of state budget expenditures in accordance with the provisions of law; 100% of documents sent to Nghe An State Treasury were resolved before and on time as prescribed.
At the same time, the work of controlling state budget expenditures through the State Treasury in 2017 achieved some important results. By the end of December 2017, the state budget expenditures in 2017 controlled through the State Treasury of Nghe An reached 30,505 billion VND.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Xuan Dai acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved in 2017 by the Nghe An State Treasury. In order to successfully implement the goals set for 2018, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Nghe An State Treasury to continue directing the unit to organize the implementation of the task of managing the State budget fund in accordance with its functions and powers; in accordance with the policies, regulations, and professional procedures of the industry, the Directives of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Finance, and the Provincial People's Committee to successfully implement the socio-economic goals of 2018.
Organize the collection of all revenues into the budget quickly and fully, contributing to the completion of the 2018 State budget revenue estimate; closely coordinate with revenue agencies and commercial banks in the area to promote administrative reform in the organization of State budget collection, fully and promptly account for revenues and accurately regulate them to all budget levels.

Comrade Le Xuan Dai also requested Nghe An State Treasury to continue to perform well the task of controlling state budget expenditures, strictly comply with discipline and order in management and expenditure control, associated with the effective implementation of the Law on Practicing Thrift, Combating Wastefulness, and the Law on Anti-Corruption; speed up the disbursement of investment capital, focus on recovering advance investment capital, strive to disburse investment capital with the highest results, contributing to the successful implementation of the province's socio-economic goals...
On this occasion, Nghe An State Treasury was honored to receive the 2017 Emulation Flag from the Provincial People's Committee for its excellent completion of all tasks, leading the patriotic emulation movement; 3 collectives of the State Treasury: Hoang Mai State Treasury, Finance Department and Inspection Department received the 2016 Emulation Flag from the Ministry of Finance and the Provincial People's Committee.
