(Baonghean.vn) - After many years of implementing the model of organizing the secretary and hamlet chief, Thanh Chuong district has now had 107/506 hamlets implementing it, bringing high efficiency in directing the implementation of the Party and State's policies and guidelines at the grassroots level.
Recalling the 10 years as hamlet chief, Mr. Nguyen Van Thu in Linh Long hamlet, Thanh Linh commune found it extremely difficult. Not being a party member, not being allowed to attend or discuss village issues, he had to organize the implementation of the Party cell meeting resolutions.

Mr. Nguyen Van Ngoc - Secretary of Thanh Phong Commune Party Committee said: As a large Party Committee with 17 rural Party cells, the model of secretary and hamlet chief was rarely implemented in the past, but this term, there have been 10 Party cells with secretary and hamlet chief, and only one mass hamlet as hamlet chief because there are too few Party members. Reality shows that if you prepare carefully and smoothly, anything can be done.
Also expressing excitement at this result, Mr. Dang Anh Dung-The Standing Deputy Secretary of Thanh Chuong District Party Committee further emphasized: Wherever the model of secretary and hamlet chief is implemented, all movements are very strong..This is an important result in organizational work, of closely following the guidance documents of superiors with the policy of implementing the model of Party cell secretary and deputy party cell secretary concurrently being hamlet chief.

However, reality also reflects specific difficulties in rural party cells, where there are few young party members, limited qualifications and capacity, so they do not dare to take on tasks. This will be one of the contents that needs to be further focused on and trained to prepare for the next terms.
In fact, the model of secretary and hamlet chief is not new. However, due to many reasons, it is difficult to implement it widely, so through a congress, having more units implement it is a joy, because it contributes to creating a streamlined apparatus structure. The treatment regime is improved, so cadres feel secure in working and contributing.
When we are proactive in “talking and doing”, the reception, implementation and organization of the policies and guidelines of the Secretary and Hamlet Chief will certainly be more convenient and effective.
