Barca are the only team yet to lose in five major tournaments
While many giants tasted defeat in the 2017-2018 season, Barca is on a 29-match streak of only wins and draws.
Last weekend, Man City suffered their first defeat in the Premier League this season when they lost 3-4 to Liverpool. The result also helped Barca become the only team still undefeated in the top five European national championships since the beginning of the season.
Barca currently have 16 wins and three draws since the start of the 2017-2018 La Liga season. Meanwhile, in other top national championships, teams have lost at least one game, including Atletico (also in La Liga), Man City (England), PSG (France) and Napoli (Italy). Bayern are the team with the fewest losses in the Bundesliga, but have had two defeats.

Not only are Barca unbeaten in the national championship, they are also unbeaten in the Champions League. The Nou Camp team advanced to the round of 16 with four wins and two draws.
Barca also had four wins and a draw in the Copa del Rey, and extended their unbeaten run under new coach Ernesto Valverde to 29 games. Valverde's achievement has just surpassed former coach Pep Guardiola's best record (28) at Barca, and is approaching former coach Luis Enrique's record of 39 games.
Barca currently have 51 points after the first leg of La Liga. If they continue to play well, the Catalan team will set a record of 102 points in a season.
