(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 20, Vinh City Social Insurance Youth Union coordinated with Vinh City Youth Union to organize the "Warm Winter" gift giving program in 2017.
Accordingly, more than 390 warm coats were given.for poor households and those in especially difficult circumstances in Vinh city.
