The Military Command of Hua Phan Province (Laos) extends New Year greetings to the Military Command of Nghe An Province.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 24th, a delegation of officers from the Military Command of Hua Phan Province, Lao People's Democratic Republic, led by Lieutenant Colonel Phan Si Son Mi Xay - Deputy Political Commissar and Head of Political Affairs of the Provincial Military Command, visited and extended New Year greetings to the Nghe An Provincial Military Command.
Receiving and working with the delegation, on behalf of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command was Lieutenant Colonel Thai Duc Hanh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command.
At the meeting, on behalf of the delegation, Lieutenant Colonel Phan Si - Son Mi Xay reported on the socio-economic development and the work of building the armed forces in the localities.

The comrade also extended his best wishes to the officers, soldiers of the armed forces and the people of Nghe An province on the occasion of the traditional Vietnamese New Year, wishing them a prosperous and united new year, and the successful completion of their assigned tasks. At the same time, he expressed his hope that the cooperative, friendly, and enduring relationship between the military forces of Hua Phan province and the Military Command of Nghe An province would continue to develop and deepen in many areas.
On behalf of the officers and soldiers of the armed forces of Nghe An province, Lieutenant Colonel Thai Duc Hanh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command - respectfully thanked the Military Command of Hua Phan province for the affection shown to the armed forces of Nghe An province over the past time; especially the effective coordination in protecting border security and sovereignty, training and fostering officers, and searching for and collecting the remains of Vietnamese volunteer soldiers who died in the neighboring country.

The Political Commissar of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command expressed his hope that in the future, the Hua Phan Provincial Military Command and the Nghe An Provincial Military Command will continue to strengthen their cooperative relationship, exchange information and experiences in building the area, maintaining security, order, and social safety in the border region, contributing to nurturing the ever-lasting and enduring friendship between Vietnam and Laos.
