The final match between U23 Vietnam and U23 Uzbekistan on January 27 is at risk of being postponed due to cold weather from -2 to -4 degrees Celsius and heavy snowfall.

Since last night, heavy snowfall has made Changzhou city covered in white overnight, wet and quite slippery.

This morning, according to the reporter's observation, the city sent many employees to spread salt to prevent snow from freezing on the sidewalks to prevent pedestrians from slipping, while on the streets, water trucks were also mobilized to wash the main roads. Traffic in the city is still guaranteed. However, an employee of the Organizing Committee admitted that if the snow continues to fall heavily in the next 2 days, the possibility of postponing the match may occur.

In terms of physical strength, this is a big disadvantage for Coach Park Hang Seo's students, after being exhausted through 5 intense matches, including 2 knockout matches that had to be played for 120 minutes and determined by penalty shootouts.

The worrying thing for U23 Vietnam is that after Van Hau's thigh strain injury, which forced him to rest until the end of the tournament, there were also mild injuries to Cong Phuong, Duy Manh, Tien Dung, Duc Huy... causing coach Park Hang Seo and the coaching staff to have a headache considering backup plans.

Weather forecast in Changzhou for the coming days.

This afternoon, the U23 Vietnam team will have their first training session, after a day of being completely released from camp. Coach Park Hang Seo has sent the players to the sauna and physical therapy to recover their health.

Last night, Coach Park and his team went out to dinner at the hotel. This was a psychological therapy by Coach Park Hang Seo, to help the players relieve stress and relax their minds before returning to training with high concentration for the U23 Asia final against Uzbekistan./.
