Hua Phan Provincial Police (Laos) wishes Nghe An Border Guard a Happy New Year
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 25, a working delegation from the Hua Phan Provincial Police, Lao PDR, led by Lieutenant Colonel Phet Son In Sou Phan - Deputy Director, visited and presented gifts to the Nghe An Border Guard Command on the occasion of preparing to welcome the Lunar New Year 2018.
