A 1.5-meter-long bomb was discovered at a 35-meter road construction site.
(Baonghean.vn) - The bomb, located 1 meter below the ground, is approximately 1.5 meters long and 30 centimeters in diameter, within the C17 Engineering barracks area of the Provincial Military Command.

On the morning of January 26th, during the construction of the road connecting National Highway 46 and the Lam River embankment road (also known as the 35m road) in Nghi Duc commune (Vinh City), Vinh Quang Co., Ltd. discovered a bomb lying 1 meter below the ground, approximately 1.5 meters long and 30 centimeters in diameter.
Reportedly, the bomb was located right in the middle of a 35-meter road, within the C17 Engineering Battalion area of the Provincial Military Command.
Upon receiving the notification, the People's Committee of Nghi Duc commune mobilized forces to cordon off the area while awaiting the Vinh City Military Command to handle the situation, ensuring the safety of the people.
