The team is expected to arrive at Noi Bai Airport at 12 PM and be greeted by an open-top bus, then parade to downtown Hanoi to celebrate with fans.

A representative from the Traffic Police Department of Hanoi Police said that while plans for welcoming and escorting the Vietnamese U23 team to the center have been drawn up, they "have not been finalized yet," as the unit is currently focusing on maintaining security and order before, during, and after the final match this afternoon.

According to initial information, the U23 team is expected to be escorted by specialized motorcycles, traveling from Noi Bai Airport along Vo Nguyen Giap Street, across Nhat Tan Bridge, and then onto Vo Chi Cong Street to enter the city center. On the afternoon of January 28th, the team will leave the city center to go to a hotel near My Dinh Stadium, and then participate in a welcome and interaction program with fans that evening.

The planned routes for the convoy from the city center to My Dinh Stadium include: Kim Ma - Lieu Giai - Nguyen Chi Thanh - Tran Duy Hung and via Thang Long Boulevard...

According to Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Me, Commander of the Mobile Police Regiment, Hanoi Police, the unit will also send forces to man checkpoints at locations included in the plan to protect and escort the U23 Vietnam team back to the center of Hanoi.

Regarding the plan to ensure security, order, and traffic safety before and after the final match between the Vietnam U23 team and the Uzbekistan U23 team at 3 PM this afternoon, the head of the Traffic Police Department of the Hanoi Police said that the unit has mobilized 100% of its forces.Dozens of task forces will be stationed at key locations where screens will be set up to serve the public.

Hundreds of police officers will be stationed around Hoan Kiem Lake and My Dinh Stadium. After the match ends, task forces will be assigned to ensure traffic safety and prevent excessive fan behavior and illegal street racing.

The Mobile Police Regiment of the Hanoi Police also developed three security plans with 100% of its personnel mobilized, including security at My Dinh Stadium, August Revolution Square, and preventing illegal street racing after the match.

Task forces from the riot police regiment will coordinate with traffic police, working from 1:30 PM at locations serving the public watching the match until it concludes.

To prevent and deter reckless behavior such as speeding, dangerous overtaking, and revving engines, the Mobile Police Regiment has deployed 35 key checkpoints in the inner city and several checkpoints in the outskirts of Hanoi. The authorities will be working from 1 PM on January 27th until completion, possibly extending until 5 AM on January 28th.

In addition, hundreds of ward police officers, ward security guards, neighborhood watch members, and traffic and criminal police officers also participated in ensuring security and order before and after the match.

Underrated and having lost 1-2 in their opening match against South Korea, the Vietnamese team was predicted to be eliminated in the group stage of the U23 Asian Championship. However, coach Park Hang-seo's team continuously surprised everyone by defeating Australia, drawing with Syria, overcoming Iraq, and beating Qatar to secure a place in the final.
