The Ministry of Education and Training has asked schools to strengthen management, propaganda, and remind students when they participate in cheering for the Vietnam U23 football team.

The Ministry of Education and Training has just issued an urgent dispatch requesting Departments of Education and Training and schools to ensure safety and security for students during cheering activities for the Vietnam U23 football team.

The document, signed by Deputy Director of the Department of Political Education and Student Affairs Bui Van Linh, requires ensuring security and safety for students before, during and after the final match of the U23 Asian Football Championship at 3:00 p.m. on January 27.

The Ministry of Education and Training requested that Departments of Education and Training and schools strengthen management, propaganda, and remind students to ensure traffic order and safety when cheering for the Vietnam U23 football team, not to race illegally, and not to have excessive or offensive behavior.

Heads of units are responsible for grasping information, promptly handling complicated situations, not allowing students to be lured into participating in activities that disrupt public order, and ensuring security and order in dormitories.

Previously, the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City issued a document requesting schools to remind students to watch the U23 Asian Cup final in a healthy and cultured manner.

The Hanoi Department of Education and Training also issued a document requesting the Departments of Education and Training and schools to ensure security, order and school safety during the final match.

The Hai Phong Department of Education and Training also issued a document stating: "The Vietnam U23 football team just defeated the Qatar team, Vietnam played in the final, students, staff, leaders, teachers and employees may celebrate the victory of the Vietnam team."

The Director of the Department of Education and Training requested educational units to direct schools to strengthen management of teachers and students, remind them not to have extreme or offensive actions, and not to let bad guys take advantage.../.
