After landing, the team will move to two double-decker buses to return to the Government headquarters. The U-23 players can stand on the second floor of the bus to greet fans for a while, then retreat to the first floor to ensure their health. From 2-3 pm, the team will meet with Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Chau, Deputy General Secretary of the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF), said that after meeting the Prime Minister, the U-23 team will be escorted by a car to a 5-star hotel near My Dinh Stadium to store their luggage and rest. At 8:00 p.m. the same day, the U-23 team will attend a meeting to honor fans at My Dinh Stadium.

Speaking to Tuoi Tre, the leader of the Hanoi Police Traffic Police Department said that the traffic police force will guide and protect the U-23 Vietnam team from Noi Bai airport to the Government headquarters on Hoang Hoa Tham street. That same evening, the Hanoi Police also had a plan to protect the players participating in the exchange with fans at My Dinh Stadium. Currently, the Traffic Police Department has come up with a plan to guide the delegation as well as to direct traffic on the streets that the U-23 Vietnam team will pass through.
