This afternoon, the front part of the cold air mass affected the northern mountainous provinces, causing temperatures in Cao Bang and Lang Son to drop by 2-3 degrees.
The forecast for tonight indicates that the cold air mass will continue to move southward, accompanied by drizzle, causing the lowest temperatures in the northern mountainous areas to drop to only 10-12 degrees Celsius. Tomorrow morning, the lowest temperatures in the plains and Hanoi will be 14-15 degrees Celsius.Northern Vietnam will experience widespread severe cold weather, with mountainous provinces facing extremely cold temperatures.
