(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of the 88th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the delegation of the Provincial Military Command led by Colonel Tran Van Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, came to offer flowers and incense at the Kim Lien Relic Site (Nam Dan) and the Vinh City Martyrs' Cemetery.

At Kim Lien Relic Site, after offering fresh flower baskets and incense sticks to the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegation expressed their respect and deep gratitude for his great contributions to the cause of building and defending the Vietnamese Fatherland.
Implementing his sacred testament, over the past time, Nghe An Military has always been united, overcome difficulties, followed the path chosen by the Party and Uncle Ho, successfully completed local defense and military tasks, contributing to building Nghe An homeland to become more and more prosperous.
