Provincial Party Secretary awards 70-year Party membership badge to veteran party members
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of February 3, comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation awarded the 70-year Party membership badge, batch 3/2, to comrade Nguyen Van Thoai - Party member of Block 5 Party Cell, Doi Cung Ward Party Committee, Vinh City.
Also attending were comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; a number of comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and leaders of Vinh City Party Committee.

Comrade Nguyen Van Thoai was born on April 15, 1928 in Trieu Thuong commune, Trieu Phong district, Quang Tri province; he joined the Party in 1948. From 1945, he joined the commune's self-defense team, then held many positions at the Political Department of Trieu Phong District Team, Military Region 4 and Nghe An Sports Department... until his retirement.
Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh expressed his respect and deep gratitude for comrade Nguyen Van Thoai's contributions to the Party and the country; he has always been exemplary in work and life.
The Provincial Party Secretary hopes that Comrade Nguyen Van Thoai will maintain his health and continue to contribute his experience and intelligence to help build his homeland; and at the same time educate the younger generation about the Party's traditions and revolutionary cause.
