Many units, agencies and businesses give gifts "Tet for the poor"
(Baonghean.vn) - Responding to the appeal letter of the Provincial Party Secretary to support the program "Tet for the poor - Mau Tuat 2018", on February 6, many localities, agencies, units and enterprises organized visits and presented gifts to Heroic Vietnamese Mothers, policy families, people with meritorious services to the revolution and poor households in the province.
*Nghe An Department of TourismCoordinated with the Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Dan district to present 20 gifts to 20 households in the flooded commune of Nam Phuc (each gift worth 500 thousand VND) and 10 gifts to 10 poor households in Nam Thuong commune.

*Quy Hop DistrictEstablished 4 working delegations, including leaders of the District Party Committee, Standing Committee of the People's Council, and District People's Committee to visit and give Tet gifts to 30 war invalids, martyrs' relatives, people with meritorious services to the revolution, and policy families in Dong Hop, Minh Hop and Chau Loc communes, Tam Hop, Tho Hop, Nghia Xuan, Quy Hop town, Chau Quang, Chau Dinh, Van Loi, Chau Cuong and Chau Thai commune; each gift is worth 600,000 VND.

At the places they visited, leaders of Quy Hop district asked about their health and life; expressed their gratitude to Heroic Vietnamese Mothers, wounded and sick soldiers, and relatives of martyrs who have contributed to the Fatherland; and wished their families a happy new year with lots of joy and new victories.
*Nghe An Province Cooperative UnionVisited and gave Tet gifts to poor households in Chi Khe commune (Con Cuong). Here, the Provincial Cooperative Union gave gifts to 14 poor households in the commune (each gift worth 500,000 VND).
It is known that this is the 5th consecutive year that the Provincial Cooperative Union has given Tet gifts to poor households in Chi Khe commune.
*Tam An Charity Association - Vinh Citycoordinated with Tan Ky Buddhist Association to organize Tet gifts for 50 poor households in Nghia Phuc commune and 43 poor households in Tan An commune. Each gift is worth 500 thousand VND (including 300 thousand VND in cash and gifts); the total value of the gifts is 46 million VND.
*In Chau Khe commune (Con Cuong) Huda Beer Company (Hue)In coordination with the People's Public Security Newspaper, the organization presented 500 gifts to 500 poor and disadvantaged households in 3 communes: Chau Khe (200 gifts), Lang Khe (100 gifts), Cam Lam (200 gifts); the total value of the gifts is 300 million VND. Each gift includes: Rice, cooking oil, MSG and other necessities...

* Delegation of Foreign Affairs Departmentcame to give 20 gifts to extremely poor households in the mountainous commune of Tan Hop, Tan Ky district; with a total value of 10 million VND. This is the amount of money that the Department's staff donated to support the poor people of the mountainous commune of Tan Hop.

The Department of Foreign Affairs is the sponsoring unit of the mountainous commune of Tan Hop, Tan Ky. Over the years, the officers and employees of the Department have organized many practical activities to help the mountainous commune of Tan Hop such as giving gifts to poor households and poor students; donating computers to the People's Committee of the commune...
*Association of Veteran Entrepreneurs of Nghe An provincepresented 80 gifts to 80 poor households and extremely disadvantaged households in Chau Dinh commune (Quy Hop). Each gift is worth 500 thousand VND.

On this occasion, the Association of War Veterans Enterprises in Quy Hop district also presented 107 gifts to poor households in 7 communes in the district: Tho Hop, Chau Cuong, Tam Hop, Nghia Xuan, Minh Hop, Chau Hong and Quy Hop town (each gift worth 500 thousand VND).
The small gifts show the Association's care and concern to help poor people in mountainous communes overcome difficulties and have a happy and warm Tet holiday.
