Nghe An will establish a Business Association

On the afternoon of February 8, the Provincial People's Committee held a meeting for the first quarter of 2018 with Business Associations and Entrepreneurs to resolve the recommendations and problems of businesses; listen to and give opinions on the process of organizing the Congress to establish the Nghe An Business Association. Comrade Le Ngoc Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired.

Reporting at the conference, the Department of Planning and Investment said that at the meeting last month, there were 6 recommendations that needed to be resolved, related to the consulting and response responsibilities of 4 units, including: Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Southeast Economic Zone Management Board, Vinh City People's Committee and Nghi Loc District People's Committee.

Specifically, regarding the proposal of the Central Construction Materials Joint Stock Company regarding the procedures for land lease contracts and issuance of land use right certificates at Truong Thach Industrial Cluster, Nghi Loc District, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment issued Document No. 7143/STNMT-QLDD dated December 29, 2017 guiding the land lease dossier for the Central Construction Materials Joint Stock Company. Up to now, the Company has not submitted the dossier to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment for consideration and settlement according to regulations.

PetroVietnam Food Joint Stock Company proposes to adjust land rental price due to construction of National Highway 46 railway overpass,The Department of Natural Resources and Environment believes that the proposal to adjust the land price list of the Petroleum Food Joint Stock Company is not feasible. Adjusting the price of the land that the Petroleum Food Joint Stock Company is using will affect the general price level of the price list.

Proposal of Kim Hoang Hao Joint Stock Company (Yen Ly intersection - Dien Yen commune, Dien Chau) on adjusting the area for land rental payment,The Department of Natural Resources and Environment has issued Official Dispatch No. 1738/STNMT-QLDD dated April 11, 2017 to the Company to guide the dossier for adjusting the area. However, up to now, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment has not received the dossier from the enterprise. Therefore, there is no basis to advise and report to the Provincial People's Committee to consider and adjust the land area for the unit.

The recommendations of Loc Quynh Company Limited on the policy of implementing the Quynh Loc market construction project, Quynh Loc commune, Hoang Mai town; the recommendations of Nghe An Petroleum Company on implementing the second phase of site clearance for Ben Thuy Petroleum Store; the recommendations of Mien Trung Construction Joint Stock Company on land that was assigned but re-encroached in the Southeast Economic Zone have been specifically answered by relevant sectors.

In addition, at the meeting, businesses recommended to the Provincial People's Committee a number of issues that need to be resolved and hoped that all levels and sectors would share difficulties with businesses and create favorable conditions for businesses to operate and develop.

Regarding the petition of the Central Construction Joint Stock Company regarding land that had been handed over to the company but was re-encroached by people in the Southeast Economic Zone, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Hoa assigned the Southeast Economic Management Board to coordinate with the company and the Nghi Loc District People's Committee to completely resolve the situation of re-encroachment of land in Hamlet 1, Nghi Long Commune (Nghi Loc).

Discussing the preparation and plan for the congress to establish the Nghe An Business Association, comrade Le Ngoc Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said that for a locality with nearly 10,000 businesses and nearly 20 business associations, but up to now, the establishment of a Business Association is slow compared to other localities.

This is the right of enterprises, and also the necessity of the locality, so the Association's steering committee needs to soon build a dynamic and intelligent apparatus to shape the Executive Committee to prepare for the Congress to establish the Nghe An Business Association, in order to gather the business community in the province to have the best operating environment./.
