Avoid motorbikes and tractors that crashed into road barriers

At around 10:00 a.m. on February 11, a tractor trailer with license plate 29C – 507.22 was running on number 71, Xieng Khouang Street – Vinh City, while trying to avoid a motorbike running in the same direction, it crashed through a barrier about 15 meters long.
The accident caused the tractor to have a blown front tire and damage the engine, the driver was not injured.
The police are currently investigating and clarifying the cause.
