Ronaldo surpasses 100 goals for Real in Champions League

A brace against PSG helped CR7 become the first player to score 100 goals for Real in Europe's most prestigious tournament.

The penalty in the 45th minute of the match on the evening of February 14 was the 100th goal that Cristiano Ronaldo scored for Real in the Champions League. In the 83rd minute, CR7 scored his 101st goal when he used his knee to make it 2-1.

In addition to making history for Real, Ronaldo also continued to increase his total achievement in the Champions League to 116 goals. The first 15 goals were scored by the star wearing the number 7 shirt for Man Utd.

Ronaldo's brace against PSG also marked another record for him: scoring in all seven of his first seven Champions League games in the 2017-2018 season. Previously, along with Ronaldo, Burak Yilmaz held the record of scoring in all six group stage matches when he scored for Galatasaray in the 2012-2013 season.

Since the start of the 2017-2018 season, Ronaldo has scored 11 goals in the Champions League. The Portuguese star also continues to lead the race for the Golden Boot.

Including last season's final, Ronaldo is on a scoring streak of eight consecutive matches.
