Exchange night "Determined victory" of Nghe An Military Command
(Baonghean.vn) - Officers and soldiers participating in the exchange night exchanged and discussed the advantages, outstanding achievements as well as limitations and shortcomings in training and combat readiness in the past year, key tasks and basic solutions to improve the quality of training and combat in 2018.
On the evening of February 28, at Regiment 764, Nghe An Provincial Military Command organized an exchange night with the theme "Going to war to win" in 2018.
Attending the exchange night were Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quang Manh, Head of the Propaganda Department of Military Region 4; Colonel Tran Van Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; comrades in the Party Committee Standing Committee and a large number of officers and soldiers of agencies and units under the provincial armed forces.

The opening of the exchange program was a series of special performances praising the Party, Uncle Ho, the army, the love for the country, the love between the army and the people in the homeland of Nghe An, performed by the art troupes of agencies and units in coordination with the local twinned units. The delegates watched the reports "Results of training and combat readiness in 2017 of the Nghe An Provincial Armed Forces"; "Results of training for militia and self-defense forces, reserve mobilization, national defense and security education for the subjects of the Provincial Military Command"; "Regiment 764 with the task of training new soldiers".
