500 members of Que Phong district participated in the Youth Month 2018 launch

(Baonghean.vn) - Nearly 500 youth union members of Que Phong district joined the Youth Month on the afternoon of March 2 with many practical activities.

The launching ceremony in response to Youth Month not only aims to arouse the glorious tradition of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, creating a vibrant emulation movement to celebrate the 87th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2017) but also has the meaning of looking forward to the 55th anniversary of the founding of Que Phong district (April 19, 1963 - April 19, 2018).

At the launching ceremony, the District Youth Union presented 4 new bicycles to 4 disadvantaged students who have excelled in their studies in 4 communes: Tri Le, Chau Kim, Muong Noc and Que Son.

After the launching ceremony, all the Youth Union members also participated in cleaning, clearing grass, and burning trash to clean the district's Martyrs' Cemetery.

In addition to the activities in the afternoon of the launch, on the morning of March 3, the District Youth Union will organize the planting of 1,000 new Doi trees for seeds at the suburban botanical garden of Pu Hoat Nature Reserve in Na Chang village, Tien Phong commune.. DThis is also a district-level youth project in 2018.
