"A huge amount of work is now underway to surround Russia with a missile defense belt. A missile defense zone has been established on the territory of the United States in California and Alaska. Next, elements of the ABM system have been established in Romania and the Baltic states, and soon there will be a missile defense zone in Poland.
Both South Korea and Japan will also be connected to the blockade with this ABM system. In total, the US will deploy about 400 missiles with the aim of significantly reducing Russia's nuclear deterrence potential," - Mr. Fomin announced.
