Coach Park Hang-seo looking for new players in the 2018 National U19 tournament
The final round starting on March 6 in Thua Thien Hue is considered an opportunity for the Korean coach to find more personnel for the Vietnamese teams.

This morning, the Organizing Committee has just drawn lots to divide the teams into groups for the final round. Group A includes host Thua Thien Hue, defending champions Hanoi, Dong Thap and Ho Chi Minh City. Group B includes Viettel, Song Lam Nghe An, Hoang Anh Gia Lai and Dong Nai. This is considered the "group of death" because it includes U19 Hoang Anh Gia Lai led by French coach Guillaume Graechen, along with two famous youth training centers Viettel and Song Lam Nghe An.
According to the Organizing Committee, Vietnam national team head coach Park Hang-seo will attend the semi-final and final matches to find new players for the Vietnam U19 and U23 teams.
Mr. Park is in Malaysia to attend the National Head Coaches Conference organized by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) from March 6 to March 8. He will then return to Vietnam to attend the opening round of V-League 2018 on March 10.
After round 3 of V-League 2018, the Korean coach will call up the Vietnamese team toon their way to Jordan to play the final match of the 2019 Asian Cup qualifiers. The match scheduled for March 27 is just a formality for Vietnam, as the team has already secured a ticket to the finals.

The 2018 National U19 Championship Finals will take place from March 6 to March 15 at Tu Do Stadium. The organizers will not sell tickets, but will open the stadium to the public.
The opening ceremony takes place at 5:00 p.m. on March 6, with the opening match between host Thua Thien Hue and Dong Thap.Five U23 Vietnam players who just won the silver medal at the U23 Asian Cup, including center back Bui Tien Dung, midfielder Nguyen Trong Dai, midfielder Truong Van Thai Quy, goalkeeper Nguyen Van Hoang and Dang Ngoc Tuan, will be present on the opening day to encourage their juniors.
