Quiet poetry night before military service day
(Baonghean.vn) - Tuong Duong District Literature and Arts Club coordinated with the District Military Command to organize the 16th Vietnam Poetry Day with the theme "Poetry accompanies the country" to promptly encourage the district's youth before leaving for military service.

At the poetry night, poems praising the Party, Uncle Ho, the homeland and country, especially many poems about Uncle Ho's soldiers and the heroic tradition of the Vietnam People's Army were performed.
Along with that were elaborately staged dance and singing performances. All were performed by members of the District Literature and Arts Association and new recruits, leaving deep emotions for the audience.
Poetry Day creates a joyful and exciting atmosphere in the first days of spring and is an opportunity to show the concern of district leaders, departments, branches and organizations for new recruits leaving for the task of protecting the Fatherland, thereby encouraging the spirit, arousing pride and sense of responsibility of young people in the cause of building and protecting the country.

Poetry Day is also a place for members to exchange, learn, and create new works praising the achievements of the homeland, contributing to promoting the emulation movement to build and protect the Fatherland.
