Evaluation of the model '5 good Party cells'
(Baonghean.vn) - After more than 2 years of piloting the model of "5 Good Party Cells", the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc organized an assessment of the effectiveness and limitations, and proposed solutions to help Party cells improve the quality of their activities.

After more than 2 years of piloting the model of "5 Good Party Cells", the results show that the 5 Good Party Cells have correctly implemented the 5 guiding contents, which are: leading the successful completion of political tasks; ideological work; party development; building a united, democratic, disciplined Party cell and maintaining good working order; implementing well the requirements set out, such as preparing content, implementing activities, evaluating tasks, pointing out existing shortcomings and limitations, and causes based on the 5 tasks that the Party Cell leads every month.
Giving opinions and discussing contents to improve the quality of Party cell activities, promoting the role of 5-good Party cells in agencies and units, the delegates attending the meeting expressed many enthusiastic opinions, close to the implementation reality. In particular, the delegates all acknowledged the positive effects on the quality of Party cell activities since implementing the 5-good Party cell model, especially thematic activities. For example, the Party Cell of Department 1 of the Provincial People's Procuracy Party Committee has conducted 5 thematic activities; the Party Cell of Secretary - Publishing of Nghe An Newspaper has conducted 3 thematic activities...
Delegates also pointed out effective ways of the 5 good Party cells such as selecting and directing key tasks; organizing many forms of Party cell activities such as presentations, discussions, inviting Party cells in the Party Committee to participate together...
However, there are still some shortcomings and limitations that need to be overcome so that Party cells can maximize their roles and tasks, such as: some Party cells' activities are still heavily specialized, not balanced with ideological activities and thematic activities; some comrades are still confused and unscientific in management; some Party members are not bold enough to express their opinions; there is pressure when performing the role of a model Party cell to set an example for other Party cells to learn from...
The Provincial Party Committee of the CCQB acknowledged that the 5 good Party cells have performed their roles and tasks well; improved the quality of activities, especially in choosing the right and accurate content of activities; created a stable mindset for cadres and Party members thanks to the Party cells having many solutions to implement. Democracy in activities has been expanded. The order and regime of activities have been maintained and have changed positively...
On that basis, in the coming time, the 5 good Party cells will continue to pay more attention to determining the content, methods and forms of activities; be more proactive in disseminating and propagating the implementation of directives and resolutions at all levels, gradually drawing experience and replicating the model in a number of Party Committees of agencies and units.
