Inauguration of 10KW National FM Broadcasting Station in Ky Son
(Baonghean.vn) - The inauguration ceremony of the National FM Broadcasting Station in Huoi Tu, Ky Son will improve the coverage quality of Voice of Vietnam in Ky Son, Tuong Duong districts and half of the area of Con Cuong and Que Phong districts.
On March 9, in Huoi Tu commune, Ky Son, the Voice of Vietnam delegation led by comrade Nguyen The Ky - Member of the Party Central Committee, General Director of Voice of Vietnam, together with leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Department of Information and Communications, Nghe An Radio and Television Station, leaders of Ky Son and Tuong Duong districts held the inauguration ceremony of the National FM Broadcasting Station in Huoi Le village, Huoi Tu commune.

The operation of the 10KW FM broadcasting station will improve the coverage quality of the Voice of Vietnam to all districts of Ky Son, Tuong Duong and half of the area of Con Cuong and Que Phong districts, while meeting the needs of ethnic minorities in the highlands and western Nghe An to listen to national radio programs.
On this occasion, the delegation presented radios to the Party cell secretaries, village elders, and village chiefs of Huoi Tu commune; awarded 10 scholarships worth 1 million VND each to 10 poor students who have overcome difficulties, and presented 10 gifts to 10 poor households in Huoi Tu commune. At the same time, 1,000 radios were presented to the people of Tuong Duong and Ky Son districts.
