Arrested two cases, 16 subjects gambling in public places
(Baonghean.vn) - On March 7 and 8, Dien Chau District Police arrested two gambling cases in public places, seizing more than 30 million VND.
Specifically, at 4:30 p.m. on March 7, in the garden of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Quy's house, Hai Bac hamlet, Dien Bich commune, the Social Order Crime Investigation Team (Dien Chau District Police) caught 7 subjects (all residing in Dien Bich commune) red-handed gambling in the form of shaking dice. Evidence seized at the gambling table and on the subjects' persons was more than 19 million VND.

Then at 5:15 p.m. on March 8, Dien Chau District Police continued to arrest 9 subjects residing in Dien Bich Commune while gambling in the form of shaking dice at the intersection of Quyet Thang Inter-Hamlet Road, Dien Bich Commune. At the gambling table, they collected more than 10 million VND.
