Immediately, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phong, born in 1990, Mr. Dang Thai Thanh, born in 1987, in hamlet 5, and Mr. Nguyen Van Ngoc, hamlet 8, Van Son commune, jumped into the river to bring the victim to shore.

Then the commune police and doctor Nguyen Thai Trinh - Head of Van Son commune health station performed respiratory measures and took the victim to the headquarters of Van Son commune People's Committee.

After investigation, it was found that the person who jumped into the river to commit suicide was Ms. Nguyen Thi L, born in 1974, from Vinh city. People in Van Son commune said: A day before, they saw Ms. L hanging around Van Son commune, looking bored.
At 6:00 p.m. the same day, Van Son commune police handed over Nguyen Thi L to her family.
