FLC Chairman Trinh Van Quyet: Choosing to invest in Nghe An for 2 reasons
(Baonghean.vn) - Speaking at the meeting with investors held this morning, Mr. Trinh Van Quyet - Chairman of FLC Group affirmed that there are two main factors that made FLC choose Nghe An as the next destination in the journey to awaken potential lands across the country.

FLC is a private economic group, operating in many fields, with the core being real estate investment, tourism and resort services. The Group is currently implementing more than 50 residential real estate and resort projects in many provinces and cities across the country, with a total investment of more than 135 trillion VND.
FLC's projects have made an important contribution to the socio-economic development of localities, creating tens of thousands of jobs each year, contributing thousands of billions of VND to the state budget.
In Nghe An province, FLC is implementing investment procedures in three major areas, including tourism with the FLC Nghe An Eco-tourism Resort Complex project in Nghi Loc district; agriculture with the high-tech agriculture project in Tan Ky district; and mineral exploitation with the natural stone mining and processing project in Tan Ky district. The total investment capital of the projects is over 10 trillion VND.

In his speech, the Chairman of FLC Group affirmed that there were two main factors that made FLC choose Nghe An as the next destination in the journey to awaken potential lands across the country.
The first factor is the development potential of the locality. Nghe An province owns 82 km of coastline with many beautiful beaches, diverse natural landscapes, and a rich historical and cultural tradition, and is the homeland of the great President Ho Chi Minh. The combination of the above elements creates a perfect ecosystem for the development of tourism, agriculture, and high-tech services.
The second, more important factor, is the investment environment. With 9 synchronous solutions to reform administrative procedures, accompany and support businesses that Nghe An leaders have initiated and persistently implemented over the past years, the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) has increased from 54th place in 2010 to 25th place out of 63 provinces and cities in 2016, the highest ever.
The North-South Expressway will pass through 6 localities of Nghe An.
(Baonghean.vn) - The highway section from Nghi Son (Thanh Hoa) to Dien Chau (Nghe An) is about 50 km long and only requires land clearance for about 350 houses, with 300 others affected.
“Coming to Nghe An, we bring with us the mindset of investing in a series of synchronous projects with great economic and social impact. FLC hopes to witness the spirit of accompanying businesses from local authorities at all levels, especially issues related to investment procedures; site clearance; resettlement issues, industry conversion, and project information and propaganda issues... Only then will businesses feel secure in putting all their human and financial resources into building projects,” said Mr. Trinh Van Quyet.
For Nghe An as well as many other localities to have positive progress in the investment environment as today, the Chairman of FLC Group also affirmed: it is thanks to the close and decisive direction and orientation of the Prime Minister and the Government in the spirit of "discipline - integrity - action - creativity - efficiency".
When the Government took the entrepreneurial spirit as a launching pad and enterprises as the core, instead of acting on behalf of enterprises, the Government designed policies and created a favorable environment for enterprises to develop in fair competition. That spirit of creation and action has spread and permeated the leaders of ministries, branches and localities, becoming the driving force for the process of socio-economic development.
