The incident happened in Cha Lan village, Huu Lap commune, Ky Son district (Nghe An) on the afternoon of March 12, 2018.

The cause was that these people drank "healthy wine" that they had soaked themselves with wild plants. The police are currently sealing the wine bottles to investigate the cause of the incident.
