Accordingly, after receiving the results of the national high school exam, candidates who need to adjust their admission registration (AD) wishes can only do so once within the prescribed time, and can only use one of two methods: online or by ADJUSTMENT FORM.

Specifically, with the online method, candidates use their personal account and password to adjust their registration wishes. This method is only accepted when the number of wishes after adjustment is not greater than the number of wishes initially registered in the Registration Form.
With the adjustment method using the Registration Form, candidates can adjust the number of wishes to increase compared to the number of wishes initially registered in the Registration Form and must pay additional fees for the increased number of wishes according to regulations.
Candidates must fill in all information in the Registration Form and send it directly to the document receiving point so that the computer staff can update it into the database of the Ministry of Education and Training's Admissions Portal.
First round of admission from August 3 to 5:00 p.m. August 5
According to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training, universities, colleges and pedagogical secondary schools will carry out the first round of admissions from August 3 to 5:00 p.m. on August 5. Before 5:00 p.m. the following day (August 6), the schools will have to announce the first round of admissions results.
Before 5:00 p.m. on August 12 (based on the postmark), candidates must complete the first round of admission confirmation procedures for the schools. After this deadline, candidates who do not complete the first round of admission confirmation procedures for the school in which they have passed their highest choice will be considered as not being admitted.
In the first phase, schools with preliminary selection procedures; organizing specialized competency assessment exams or having aptitude tests combined with using the results of the national high school exam must complete updating the results into the database of the Ministry of Education and Training's Admissions Portal before July 14.
The Circular also specifies that schools will publicly announce the admission scores for different admission combinations after receiving the results of the national high school exam and other conditions that do not violate the Admission Regulations.
The minimum score of each exam/subject of the combination used for admission is determined by the schools but must not be contrary to the National High School Exam Regulations and the recognition of high school graduation.
For schools enrolling in teacher training programs, the admission scores for different admission combinations must be publicly announced after the results of the national high school exam are available and must be consistent with the input quality assurance threshold prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training and other conditions that do not contradict the Admission Regulations.
Besides, during the time candidates adjust their admission wishes, schools do not update or publish information about candidates applying to the school.
