More than 3,000 students entered the Provincial Excellent Student Competition for the 2017-2018 school year
(Baonghean.vn) - On March 15, more than 3,000 students across the province officially entered the Provincial Excellent Student Competition for the 2017-2018 school year.
The Provincial Excellent Student Competition for the 2017-2018 school year was held simultaneously at Le Viet Thuat High School and Ha Huy Tap High School (Vinh City). This year, the province has more than 3,000 students in grades 9 and 11, of which 1,165 are in grade 9 and 2,165 are in grade 11.
According to regulations, the provincial excellent student exam is organized into 3 groups, in which group A is for schools in urban and delta areas, group B is for schools in mountainous areas and the remaining group is for high school students.

The exam will take place over two days, March 15-16. This afternoon (March 15), 9th grade students will begin taking exams in Chemistry, History, English, and French.
On March 16, students will take exams all day, with the morning exams being Literature, Mathematics, and Biology; the afternoon exams being Physics, Geography, and Civic Education.
As for grade 11, on the afternoon of March 15, students will take exams in Chemistry, History, English, French, and Russian. On March 16, in the morning, students will take exams in Physics, Geography, Information Technology, and Civic Education; in the afternoon, they will take exams in Literature, Mathematics, and Biology.
For 11th grade students of GDTX high school, there are 7 exam subjects including: Mathematics, Literature, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography and History.
The test time for each subject is 150 minutes.
