1. Fennel seeds

How to use: Chew a tablespoon of fennel seeds after meals. You can also make yourself a cup of fennel tea.

2. Beetroot seeds

Beetroot seeds are very good at eliminating bad breath. Drinking beetroot tea is very effective in treating bad breath.

How to make beetroot tea: Add one teaspoon of beetroot seeds to a cup of boiling water. Strain and drink the tea once a day.

3. Cloves
