Here are 5 ideas to help you have a truly fun and meaningful day:

Pamper yourself

Don't wait for others to bring you happiness, create your own happiness.

On International Day of Happiness, put fresh flowers on your desk, go to a spa for beauty treatments, buy your favorite items, come home early or simply close your eyes and listen to your favorite music... all you need to do is feel happy and joyful.

Laugh a lot

Life with many busy and worried things can make you always stressed and grumpy. So temporarily put these pressures aside, instead you should read some funny stories, watch a comedy and laugh heartily. You will find life becomes easier and more comfortable.

Bring unexpected joy to others

Seeing loved ones happy is everyone's happiness. This happiness will be much greater when you are the one who brings that happiness.

Buy your nephew a new puzzle, buy your sister a pretty dress, or call home and tell your mom you love her.

You can also participate in volunteer activities to help lonely elderly people or orphans.

Reconciling conflicts

You and your wife have been angry with each other for a few days now and neither of you wants to talk about it. Surely neither of you will be happy if this situation continues.

If so, take this opportunity to make up with her. Buy a fresh bouquet of flowers, have dinner together, watch a movie and resolve all conflicts, you two will have a truly happy day.

Throw a party

What could be better than having an outdoor party with your loved ones on International Day of Happiness?

People can eat, sing, dance and play games together. Your International Day of Happiness this year will be a memorable one.
