Coach Nguyen Thanh Vinh, how do you evaluate the match against S. Khanh Hoa BVN? Was the SLNA coaching staff's strategy reasonable?
- For SLNA to play like that is good in terms of position, style of play, in general it is very reasonable. Actually, although SLNA players are still young, I think playing like that is very good. Because it is very difficult to replace their roles. Pham Xuan Manh and Phan Van Duc both have their own marks.
The first match is always more difficult, psychologically, the players are somewhat uncomfortable. On the opening day, the players were still a bit inhibited, a bit worried, even lacking a bit of confidence because they are still young. We have to do a lot of ideological work for the players. However, if SLNA continues to play like this, there is nothing to be afraid of!
This is the third match that defender Dinh Hoang has returned, how do you evaluate his role in SLNA's gameplay?
- I feel that Dinh Hoang may have not yet adapted to the V.League for some reason. He still makes many mistakes, which will be dangerous for himself and others. Perhaps Dinh Hoang needs to play more because Hoang is still a bit confused after a long time without playing.
So what is the reason why foreign player Olaha lost himself?
- SLNA still lacks a truly quality foreign player. Foreign striker Osmar is almost overshadowed, leaving no mark. That is a pity. This year, Olaha has not shown any progress. In the AFC Cup matches, in the first few matches he still showed his strength and dominance, but later on Olaha became more and more obscure, even though he has played here for a year. This is not a truly outstanding player among the foreign players we have had, so it is a great loss.
If Phi Son is there, Olaha will be more active and enthusiastic. Having such a good player by his side will make Olaha more inspired, determined, stronger and play with all his might. I think Olaha is lacking motivation, SLNA's coaching board needs to do some ideological work with this player. Or SLNA should find a player with more class in the second phase.

Having just played 4 matches at the AFC Cup, do you think this continental tournament has affected SLNA's performance at the V.League?
- It's possible, I have that feeling. Some players may be overloaded. Although SLNA's coaching board has kept some key players before the V.League match, if they are not kept properly, there will be a break that will make them not really get into the rhythm. It is necessary to balance how players can still ensure their physical strength while not facing too much movement. The coaching board members need to assign and calculate this scientifically.
Losing the first match, will it test the faith and love of Vinh Stadium's audience, sir?
- I think that in football there are wins and losses. We don't always win, especially the first match. SLNA will play better in the following matches and the audience will come again, many people want to see Van Duc and Xuan Manh play and they play very well. The midfield also has many outstanding players, there is no reason why fans don't want to watch. When we lose, the inspiration of Nghe An fans is also lost a little bit, but in the future with a very good foundation of football skills, the players will gradually catch up.
After 2 rounds of V.League, what are your comments on the organization of the tournament as well as the professional quality of the matches?
- I think our way of organizing matches has not changed much. The important thing is not to let the players and spectators have a bad impression of the referee. Everyone wants the referee to be fair and objective. Don't let people sue, the audience, the players react. If so, it will affect the whole tournament. Previously, V.League showed signs of unfair play. This is taboo, V.League needs to gradually become more professional, especially after U23 Vietnam just brought a clean, transparent and beautiful tournament. That is the driving force that V.League needs to take advantage of./.

Losing the opening match of the season, SLNA broke many things
(Baonghean.vn) - The loss to a not-so-strong opponent right at Vinh Stadium in the opening match of the season shows that SLNA still has a lot of work to do.
