At around 11:00 am today, March 20, Nguyen Thanh H. (residing in Quynh Thach commune, Quynh Luu district, 12th grade student, Quynh Luu 1 High School) returned home after school.

When reaching the intersection in hamlet 12, Quynh Hau commune, the electric bicycle H. was driving collided with a truck with license plate 37C - 242.19. As a result, H. died on the spot.
Quynh Hau Commune Police and Quynh Luu District Traffic Police were present at the scene to regulate traffic and investigate the cause of the accident.
