Teachers are not allowed to proctor exams at locations where their students are present.
Each national high school exam cluster is assigned a code, including many exam sites. Invigilators are arranged to avoid reminding their students.
According to the guidelines for implementing the regulations for the national high school exam and recognition of high school graduation in 2018 of the Ministry of Education and Training, the Director of the Department of Education and Training will issue a decision to establish the examination council and committees of the examination council to carry out the work of the exam; at the same time, decide on the exam scores, the number of members of the examination council, and assign staff to be coordinated by universities and colleges.
The Ministry's instructions clearly state that the examination cluster's examination scores can be located at the school or inter-school level of the province.The exam supervisor is not allowed to supervise the exam at the location where 12th grade students of the 2017-2018 school year of their school are taking the exam.

Each examination cluster (examination council) is assigned a code by the Ministry of Education. The 2018 National High School Exam has 64 examination clusters. The list of examination cluster codes is used by candidates to fill out the exam registration form.
