Provincial leaders meet with retired key officials
(Baonghean.vn) - Provincial leaders hope that retired key officials of the province will continue to give their opinions and suggestions to better direct, manage, and organize the implementation of socio-economic development tasks of the province.
On the evening of March 22, the Provincial People's Committee held an intimate meeting with key provincial leaders, provincial departments, branches, and districts, cities, and towns who retired or were awaiting retirement in 2017 and early 2018.
Attending the meeting were comrades Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Le Minh Thong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Dinh Viet Hong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors.

At the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Duong informed about some outstanding results of socio-economic development of the province in 2017.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: 2018 is the mid-term year of the 18th Provincial Party Congress. The province identified this as the time to make a breakthrough, accelerate development, and create momentum for breakthroughs in the following years, realizing the goals of the Congress Resolution.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the work and dedication of former provincial leaders, leaders of provincial departments, branches, districts, cities and towns who have made many contributions to the overall development of the province.
Highly appreciating the results achieved by our province in 2017, the retired key officials of the province hope that the current leadership team will be more determined and confident, continue to innovate and perfect the political system from the province to the grassroots, develop the economy - society quickly and sustainably, firmly ensure national defense - security, expand foreign relations, develop the potential and strengths of the province; promote investment attraction; promote administrative reform; continue to create many breakthroughs, bringing the province to further development.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that the key retired officials of the province will continue to have opinions and suggestions to better direct, manage and organize the implementation of the province's socio-economic development tasks; contribute with the Party Committee and the people of the province to successfully implement Resolution 26 of the Politburo on the direction and tasks of developing Nghe An province until 2020; soon turn Nghe An into a well-off province of the country.
