(Baonghean.vn) - Due to the weakening cold air, the temperature in the North and Central regions increased slightly by 1-2 degrees Celsius. By noon and afternoon, the weather turned sunny and cloudy. Meanwhile, the Central Highlands and the South became hot again. However, at night the weather cooled down quickly to a chilly level.
