Many practical activities to celebrate the founding day of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union
(Baonghean.vn) - To celebrate the 87th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, all levels of the Youth Union in the province have had many exciting and practical activities.
March 25,Youth Union of Nghe An Provincial Party Committeeorganized a journey back to the source. The delegation came to offer incense and visit the tomb of General Vo Nguyen Giap at Vung Chua, Quang Dong commune (Quang Trach district, Quang Binh province), and commemorated the heroic martyrs at the Ancient Citadel Cemetery of Quang Tri province.

At Vung Chua - Yen Island, the delegation offered flowers and incense to pay their respects to General Vo Nguyen Giap. Next, the delegation went to Quang Tri Citadel - where the 81-day and night battle (in 1972) took place, full of hardship and fierceness, to protect the Citadel and Quang Tri Town during the resistance war against the US to save the country.
Before the spirit of General Vo Nguyen Giap and the heroic martyrs, the Youth Union members expressed their respect and infinite gratitude for the great contributions of the General and the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the revolutionary cause, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland. The Youth Union members pledged to continuously study, practice, and follow the revolutionary tradition to excellently complete the assigned tasks.

The trip is an opportunity to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs, and at the same time to propagate and educate the Youth Union cadres and members about the life and example of General Vo Nguyen Giap; continue to foster revolutionary ideals, patriotic traditions, and pride in the revolutionary path that the Party, Uncle Ho and previous generations of youth have chosen.

During Youth Month, Nghia Dan District Youth Union mobilized more than 200 young union members to organize a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the road to the Ru Am Cave historical site in Nghia Duc commune.
This project is part of the Youth Month 2018 activities of Nghia Dan youth and celebrates 10 years of development of Nghia Dan after separation. The project is worth about 100 million VND, of which more than 40 million VND is contributed by youth union members in the district.
The Youth Unions in the whole district have organized many activities such as: Dredging 5 km of canals in the fields in Nghia Loc, Nghia Thinh, Nghia Mai communes...; organizing "Green Sunday" activities, clearing bushes; Collecting used pesticide packaging in the fields... attracting more than 1,000 union members to participate;

He emphasized that the actions of young people must be associated with the goal of helping local people develop the economy, culture and society, and strengthen national defense and security in the area where the unit is stationed.

InAnh Son 1 High School Youth Union, with the theme "Building a model of Vietnamese youth in the new era, pure heart - bright mind - great ambition", the festival brought to nearly 1,200 young union members in the whole school many exciting, attractive and practical activities such as a group dance performance; cultural exchange; and a speech contest with the theme of youth in the new era.

InAnh Son 2 High School Youth Unionorganized the "Food Festival and Food Booths" with the participation of nearly 700 Youth Union members. In addition to the food festival, there were also many activities such as: Organizing exchanges, performing arts. The activities attracted a large number of Youth Union members to participate and created a diverse, lively and colorful festival.

InAnh Son 3 High School Youth Unionbrought nearly 600 young union members in the whole school many exciting and attractive activities such as: Art program to celebrate the 87th birthday of the Union, new member admission ceremony with more than 100 outstanding young people honored to become members of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
In particular, at the festival, the School Youth Union successfully organized the "Youth with Traffic Culture" contest with the following sections: learning about traffic safety knowledge, speaking about youth with traffic culture and skits on handling situations when participating in traffic. The festival aims to create a playground for the youth union members, and at the same time is a form of propaganda and education on traffic culture and awareness among the youth.
