Major fire at Russian shopping mall, 64 people killed
The death toll in a fire at a shopping and entertainment center in Kemerovo has risen to 64 people, a representative of the headquarters at the scene told Sputnik.
"According to relatives, 16 people are still missing," - Head of the Russian Federal Emergency Situations Ministry Vladimir Puchkov said at the meeting.

Four people have been arrested and questioned in connection with the fire. Among them are the tenant of the building that may have been the epicenter of the fire, and the head of the company that manages the shopping mall.
Earlier, sources said that 37 people died in the fire at the "Zimnyaya Vishnya" shopping and entertainment center.
"Sixty-one people are missing after a fire at a shopping and entertainment center in Kemerovo. Among them are 41 children," said Andrei Mamchenkov, deputy head of the National Emergency Management Center.
More than 100 people were evacuated from the mall, which houses a cinema, shops and restaurants.
