Young man from Nghe An was shot dead at a billiards club
At noon on March 27, a serious murder occurred at a billiards club in Kon Tum city, Kon Tum province when a person was shot dead. Initial information said that the man who was shot was from Nghe An.
The incident happened around 11am at Hai Son Billiards, 72 Le Quy Don Street, Kon Tum City.

Some witnesses said that two young men had come to the billiards parlor by car. A short while later, two young men on a motorbike entered the parlor and a shooting broke out.
The person who was shot was Nguyen Van Cuong (31 years old), from Nghe An. After being shot, Cuong ran about 10 meters to the other side of the street and collapsed.
The friend who played billiards with Mr. Cuong quickly ran into a house to escape.
