The Politburo decided to transfer and appoint Ms. Dao Hong Lan, Deputy Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, to join the Party Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.

The Secretariat decided that Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha would cease to participate in the Party Committee, the Standing Committee and cease to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term to be transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, and assigned to participate in the Party Committee of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.
Presenting the decision and speaking at the conference, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Mai Van Chinh assessed that the two transferred and appointed officials are young, female officials with basic training and development prospects. Through different working positions, they have always shown themselves to be leaders with courage, enthusiasm, and the will to strive to improve, ready to accept all tasks assigned by the Party and the State to cultivate, train and test themselves.

Ms. Dao Hong Lan was born in 1971; hometown Hai Duong; Master's degree in Economics, has held positions such as: Deputy Director of the Department of Social Insurance, Deputy Chief of Office and then Chief of Office of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs. From December 2014 to present, she was appointed as Deputy Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs; currently an alternate member of the 12th Party Central Committee.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha, born in 1971; hometown Ha Tinh, Master's degree in Political Science, Bachelor's degree in Literature, held the positions of Deputy Secretary of Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union; Secretary of the 11th Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, Chairwoman of the Central Council of Young Pioneers; Deputy Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee.
