Opening literacy classes for women in border areas.
(Baonghean.vn) - Twenty Mong women from a remote border commune in Ky Son district participated in a literacy class.
On March 27th, at Na Cang village (Na Ngoi commune, Ky Son district), Na Ngoi 2 Primary School, in coordination with the Na Ngoi Women's Association, held an opening ceremony for a literacy class for 20 Mong women in the commune who had never attended school or had dropped out and relapsed into illiteracy. The students ranged in age from 20 to 50 years old.

According to the plan, the class will operate at night from Monday to Friday to allow women time for housework and farming. This is reportedly the third class opened by Na Ngoi 2 Primary School in the commune.
